Fees must be paid
in full with registration. Fees cover materials, program expense
and transportation when specified. (Financial assistance is
available upon request.)
Current medical release
forms are required for some events.
Some events may require
additional forms.
Additional registration forms and sign-up lists for all of the
activities are located on the F&F Bulletin Board and the Youth
Ministry Bulletin Board at Shepherd. Some registration forms will
be available here.
Registration deadlines are firm, as the number of people registered
on that date determines group rates, mode of transportation, and
helps secure the appropriate ratio of helpers/chaperones to kids.
If the minimum attendance number for an event is not met, the event
may be cancelled. You will be contacted, and a refund given. Waiting
lists are kept once maximums are reached.
Payments may be non-refundable and non-transferable. Call the contact
person for the specific event to inquire about a refund.
