More than 100 adult volunteers or confirmed youth will be needed to make our guests comfortable at Shepherd. Set-up and take-down are brief commitments one or both Sundays. Evening hosts greet the families and spend time with them at supper. People who plan activities will need to be flexible until we know if we have preschoolers, school aged children or teenagers. Groups who volunteer for meals plan and serve a donated meal. (There is a small budget if someone wants to help with food but finds it too costly). Breakfasts are simple, but early. Overnight hosts sleep in the church from 9:30 to 6:00 a.m. (It's like camping but no bugs!)
